The amount of the SOS credit granted depends on the consumption of the previous month:
Two minutes at 500 millimes if M-1 consumption is >10dt
One minute at 250 millimes if M-1 consumption is < 10 dt
Billing step 60 seconds
The SOS credit used will be automatically refunded from the first recharge made.
The activation of the service is done automatically as soon as the subscriber's balance is exhausted
Service valid for card and package subscribers
How many times/month can I benefit from the SOS credit?
The SOS credit is granted each time the balance is exhausted
How do you know it's an SOS call?
The first SOS call made will be preceded by a voice message informing you that it is an SOS call
How do I know the amount of my SOS credit for the month (200 or 500 millimes)?
If your consumption for month M exceeds 10 dt, you will receive on the 1st of the next month (M+1) an SMS informing you that you benefit all month from an SOS credit of 500 mil each time your balance is exhausted
What should I do to benefit from my SOS credit?
The SOS credit is allocated automatically, as soon as you have no more balance to make a call to an Ooredoo number.
