How do I buy a package?
For internet, continue to enjoy the lowest prices: the MB is now 500 millimes (service can be activated via *147#).
Once your Roaming Passport allowance is exhausted, calls and SMS will be charged at standard Roaming rates.
You can also renew the packages as many times as you like; the service is cumulative!

Once the Roaming Passport packages are exhausted, how will call minutes, SMS messages, and internet usage be billed?
Once the data allowance is exhausted, minutes and SMS messages will be charged according to the standard roaming rates applied in each country. Internet access will be on a pay-as-you-go basis.
How do I activate the Roaming Passport service?
The passport roaming service can be activated by dialing *147# in Tunisia or abroad. It can also be activated at our Ooredoo stores or by calling customer service at 1111.
What is the billing tier in the Passport Roaming packages?
The billing tier for call minutes is one minute, indivisible. The tier for internet data is 1 MB.
Is the number of subscriptions to the Roaming Passport plans limited?
Purchasing multiple Roaming Passport packages is possible. Combining multiple packages is also possible.
How can I track my remaining minutes, SMS, and internet data?
