With this feature, you can create your own greeting tone or record your own message on hold. To access it call 88501234.

For card subscribers:

  • Registration fees are debited from the recharge account.
  • For card Awals, the monthly bonus cannot be used to sign up for the service.
  • The registration fees are included in the calculation of the bonus on consumption. Tones are not.

For Package customers:

  • Registration fees are debited from the package account and then recharged.
  • Package bonus cannot be used for registration.

For Awal invoice customers:

  • Registration fees are charged to the invoice.

Validity of the Samma3ni service
  • Period of validity: the subscriber pays a monthly subscription every 30 days of 500 millimes for prepaid customers and service billing for postpaid customers.
  • Grace period: following a delay in payment of the monthly subscription (line in preservation, insufficient customer balance, non-payment of the invoice, etc.), the configured tones will no longer be played, only the default tone is played .
  • Deactivation of the service: at the end of the grace period, the service will be completely deactivated.
Validity of tones

Purchased tones are valid for 90 days.

The tone created has unlimited validity.
